I completed my Diplomas training in Therapeutic (Swedish) Massage, Sports Massage and On-Site (chair) Massage in London in 2003 and then emigrated to New Zealand.
I have also studied the principles of Reiki, Energy Healing and Trigger Point Therapy.
Before retraining in massage, I worked for nine years in a busy London Travel Agency as a Business Travel Consultant and Team Leader, so I can fully appreciate the demands of managing corporate life!
Prior to that I travelled extensively for several years (an amazing life experience!), having graduated with an Honours Degree.
I believe there is a strong holistic element to our lives. From my 15 years experience in corporate massage, interacting and sharing with countless people, there is so much to learn about ourselves and how this relates to our health, well-being and the tensions our bodies present us with. This holistic angle is a fundamental aspect to the treatment I provide.
I personally provide the service I offer, I love what I do and the freedom of working for myself.
New Zealand is very much my home and the quality of life is here is a true blessing. I look for things to appreciate daily and it is rarely difficult!
